Cheap free SMTP server (online or 'homemade'

Company I'm in ordered a new printer, that has the Scan to email function. Problem is that ISP smtp server or the 3rd party mail provider they use, require encryption that the printer doesn't support for sending mails (SSL or TLS)

    So I have 2 questions

    1) Is it possible to make under windows 2012 a SMTP server that will send through the ISP or the 3rd party mail with TLS, then i could just configure the printer to send through my local SMTP server that will relay over the net

    2) If not anyone know any 'free' SMTP server that doesn't require any Auth or encryption to send lolmail from

(I would love doing #1 and skip #2 if possible)

#1. You can set up the printer to mail your local server, and have your server forward mail with any required settings or headers to your ISP.

This should be relatively easy, most mail servers are built expecting setups like this.

I did some tests, because it's easier to do tests when I have no one disturbing me, and it works great Thanks
