Help upgrading from 32 bit to 64 bit

Is there a way this can be done easily? My laptop had problems about a year ago(Toshiba Satelite) and I went to a PC store to get it fixed and when they returned it, the 32-bit was installed. I didn't really care too much because they included a hard drive which would of cost more. It originally had Windows 7 64-bit.

easiest ways are to make a thumbdrive iso with the windows you want, or use a disc with 64bit on it. upgrading isn't something very many people recommend

pretty much supports any/every windows image you could possibly find

flash to thumbdrive, change boot order, install. or insert cd and install.

Emphasis mine. It sucks balls for anything that isn't Windows.

I use that for Windows. For everything else, RufusUSB.
