Monk or Ninja

I have both levelled and geared similarly 110/120. I have a fairly bad (Oceanic) connection but enjoy both jobs, I was wondering which I should concentrate on. I'm somewhat causual due to fulltime work and young children etc which limits playtime. The group of 4 I usually play with currently has one person with blm and ninja as dps, one with dragoon and one with dragoon and smn. We all have a mix of tanks/healers when required.

The connection can sometimes make keeping gl3 up difficult but also effects mudras from time to time. Any help choosing would be appreciated.

Can't do mudra? MNK. Can't keep up GL3? NIN Can't do either and lag sucks but always wanting to do something useful? BRD
