Everyone else has graduated to other refresh gear... GEO even has refresh+1 hands... Looks like the Capacity Bonus +5%/5%/5%/5% = +20% was changed and added to to make +5%/7%/9%/11%/13%/15% = +60% when you have them all.
San gives 5 shadows without Empyrean boots, 6 with the boots. Ni doesn't overwrite it. One minute base recast, short cast time.
It's the same function as Enlight, it diminishes every hit.

Hailstorm II gives same Stormsurge bonus. Odd thing is the icon doesn't change, it still says "snowy", also Hailstorm I overwrites Hailstorm II. Maybe it doesn't give a double weather bonus, but does something else?
