I'm sure the ffxi team understands. You could see it in there body language and tone at the press conference... the people outside who were probably the ones to make this decision on the other hand wont understand anything other than profits and losses

Yeah, that's what I meant. I think the Dev Team knew, or at least, had a good feeling they were about to lose a shitload of players. The big wigs on the other hand, hell no. They only see profit margin.

Yeah true, but Asura weekends "normally" has about 1k on but with campaign it will throw it off.

You would think so but there is a lot of people standing around afk in towns. Port Jeuno is always packed with people just standing around bazaaring. As a matter of fact Rolanberry Fields, and Ru'Lude Gardens are both deserted pretty much now and everyone is bazaaring in Port Jeuno now.

We do still have quite a few shouts though on weekends to do stuff but there is a great deal of "town drama" and trolling going on that Asura is well known for and that people like to feed. I have had a lot of server transfers join my shell and one of the first things they do is comment on the town drama shouts going on, and they say they never seen so much trolling and drama in town before. lol Good old Asura... I just ignore it and carry on with my business. I do not play this game for drama but try to have fun.
