You mean that the job specific enhancements present on the level 90 +2 relic are the same as the level 119 reforged relic? Because I don't think that's true. Works for the "augments" of course, but some of the job specific enhancements got... enhanced!

Well, going by how they upgraded Artifact and Relic for WHM, I would expect all five pieces of WHM Empyrean 119 to have some form of -enmity and +haste. Also, I've noticed quite a few random WHM bodies have about 3-4% Cure potency, so I wouldn't be surprised to see some on the Empyrean body, seeing as how it already has Healing Magic on it. But this is all assumptions based on trends I've seen on other pieces of WHM gear.
The only thing i want and expect is one piece having +1 summoning magic skill over current options, to finally give us that last tier of avatar's favor. My guess is that the body will break 12 skill, since' it's the only slot that still uses pre 119 gear for +skill.
We'll probably see body match the 12% of convokers, making it a better piece to land pacts in because of the +acc from skill. head and feet i don't expect to see 15/14 skill on. I don't see them increasing or doing anything to hand's mana cede. Feet will probably get -5 perp. Doublet will probably see -5 perp and 2 refresh.
Side wish is 3 a tic refresh on horn, just to further shit on other job's refresh options.
I'm kinda curious as to what they are going to do with Caller's Horn. Right now it's sitting at the same amount of refresh that Convoker's Horn has. If they up the refresh, it'll either make Convoker's horn a skill piece only, or if both refresh and skill get increased, Convoker's horn will be worthless.
Here is another question: Will the set bonus work with non refroged pieces?
