    my POLUtils seems to be broken, they may have changed the format or something. I can see AF3 reforged (I think) but can't see any stats

    IIRC last update the notes popped up about 30 minutes before servers were scheduled to come back up. But you're right, in the past it was almost instantaneous. Like, Servers DOWN, Notes go UP.
