I got it as soon as it was on the store. Thoroughly impressed with the gameplay and music.

There are some real exploration puzzles in there too. I've been on it for quite some time today.

EDIT: Just beat it. Needless to say I want to play it again or at least explore more. Absolutely amazing. The final boss was interesting too.

It's a bummer that this game is falling under the radar for a lot of people. It's such an awesome (yet different) throwback to Metroid. I'm taking my time with it because I'm also playing Ori and the Blind Forest, but I'd say it's a must play for any fan of the Metroid-like genre.

So cool that it was entirely created by one dude. Soundtrack is kick ass too.

Completely agree. It's very addicting and there are so many hidden things to explore. So much so that I feel I haven't beaten the game still (despite already doing so story-wise). My next attempt is definitely hard mode. Already anticipating the difficulty to be really fun.

Apparently the final boss is a massive pain in the ass on hard mode. I watched MANvsGAME on twitch lose repeatedly to it for a while. Straight up gear check, and so much so that the developer said they might tone it down to be less of a chore.

I hope once this gets released on PC more people check it out. I think it got lost in the Bloodborne hype.
I'd definitely recommend Ori and the Blind Forest to you if you enjoyed this. It's a Metroid-like as well, but a little more platformy.
