step 1-9 is pretty much : JP pls quit your job and do raids more often

we literally only had 3 hours of runs since patch... and then i spent the other 30 hours with pugs that eventally got a 8% wipe in turn 1 -_-

Pain? Same here, not sure what is going on, I can't believe Lucrezia or Elysium haven't got past that yet though, it's definetly not a DPS check since you can't meet that with full 210 even.

I am 100% positive they have gotten past that mechanic, at this point they're probably gated by an actual hard enrage of the fight.
