HDMI switcher shenannagains. (Know any really good ones?)

Okay, I got a cheap HDMI switcher on sale from Amazon(in anticipation of needing one). Since I ordered that PS4, I tried it today with the PS3. Turns out it makes the screen flicker really bad.

I'll proly see if my bro wants the cheapie(if not, I may sell it) but any suggestions on solid ones that don't cost too much? Thanks. I'd rather not make the same mistake again.

I got a cheapie Monoprice one that has 5 ports, supports auto-switching, has a remote, and works great. I've had it for over a year. Only complaint is the LED indicator lights are BRIGHTER THAN THE SUN so I propped the remote in front of it and let the devices do their thing.

    EDIT: Here's a newer version of what I got and it's $25

I've used a couple of these Kinovo HDMI switches before in the past with great success. Like the one that Auspice mentioned, the only downside to it is the bright LEDs, which can be easily covered up with a couple of these if they bother you.

Thanks guys. I'll look into both of those once I get more money.

Could be worse I guess, but I swear, hdmi things tend to multiply. And two ports (one for my PC, one the PS3 is plugged into) is not going to cut it once I get that PS4 next week. Hence why I tried to plan ahead but oh wells.

I ordered this one for myself and works beautifully. Have my Wii, PS3/PS4/XBone all attached to it, zero issues.

I have the Kinovo - when it works it's great but the sound goes out about once a week and requires a hard reset.

The Kinovo looks like a more expensive version of the one that Monoprice sells. FWIW I've never had any issues with the one I got and it has the same features as the Kinovo ones.
