general each weapon requires a certain amount of dynamis currency and other items to upgrade once.
first level requires 400-600 currency, 3 items(sometimes thinks like damascus ingots) and I believe a day to be made
second level requires 1400-1600 currency and 3 weapons
third level requires 6000-6200 currency and an attestation drop from Beaucedine
the final level requires 10,000 currency and a fragment that drops in Xarcabard.
