Question about elemental gorgets

I'm rng 75, and I'm getting ready to start getting my gorget. I want the gorget for sidewinder, which according to http://home.comcast.net/~chupun/ffxi/renkei5.gif is either wind water or light gorget. What my questions are, is 1, am I correct that these are the right gorgets (Need to make sure before I start) and 2, Do they all give the same amount of boost or not?

I believe that the gorgets are better for Multi-hit WS, but I could be wrong in seeing that I dont have one yet.

I'm just getting all 3 and switching them in randomly. Maybe I'll figure it out eventually, now to find the time to finish getting my organs.

This leads to my theory that it is necessary for me to quit my job and open a homeless shelter for my LS, where we all live together and work out a system to pitch in equally to maximize our FFXI playing time.

Damage increase is minimal at best.
But I have hardly ever missed a swing on a Multi-Hit WS with the right Gorget.
