anyone know how this works exactly?
i am trying to get my lvl 75 back but they only give me the option to bring back 2 mules that i had deleted

Did you make either of those mules on the content ID of the character that you want to get back?

Did you delete your character within the last 90 days?

If you answered "yes" to the first question, you are out of luck.

If you answered "yes" to the second question you can get your character back by calling customer support therefor it is not eledgeable for "Return to Vana'Diel".

Otherwise I have no clue.

thanks sept, i think i'm out of luck, yes to both questions..

going to kep trying to get a hold of someone at customer support, hopefully they can wave a magic wand or somthing
it would be nice to get shihei and maybe even badtrip back
