Yeah. Being able to skillchain with these possibly with a double lv3 SC every 5 minutes really isn't asking for that much tbh. Other DDs can already do it every 3 minutes tops.

100% of HP = damage

They seem to have nerfed Thunder Breath down to about 2/3 HP as damage. Brewed (with Rasp) did 6745 damage. The other spells may have received the same treatment.

Worms in Abyssea - Ule. They took 25% (2498) damage from Wind Breath, so they don't resist breath damage. It was on Earthsday, but that's more than a -10% difference.

Yah I noticed the Thunder Breath nerf earlier. Didn't think much of it though since I was fighting resistant mobs anyways. Pisses me off. Why give us all these breath spells if they're just going to be nerfed into uselessness.

That would make it about 67.46%. Easy to see why people initially assumed 66.67%. (Because that number is less random.)

It's a number that doesn't come out nicely in a base-anything system. I don't know how they did it, but there's no level component. It looks like they were aiming for 67.5% and missed a little.
