    Do people actually use those OPs very often? I know its cool to have them, but is it really THAT bad to lose them?

    edit: I'm rank 10 in all nations as well, I knew I would do this someday, so I never really got a ton of outposts in the other nations.

    It's not like I use them every day, but it's nice to be able to shave off 15-20 minutes either waiting on an airship or teleport-chocoing whenever I need to go to a city.

    I use my other outposts constantly though.

    I use my Outposts everyday. But they can be gotten back, so no biggie. Currently only missing lolGustaberg atm.

    Septimus, though I know it will be hard, can you control the natural reaction to vomit projectiles long enough to post this on Alla so it might actually happen?

    No no. I would create a sock puppet account that is a level 50 WHM with level 55 clothcrafting who needs the Sarutabaruta outpost to get to the guild faster since I am too poor to afford the teleport scrolls and elitists won't help me do the quests.

    It's so brilliant that it might just work...

    EDIT, rank 1 since only elitists care about rank. I was in an XP party that got chain 2 one time.

    Suck it up. I collected outposts 4 times now. I do need to convince people to help plan a Bastokian coup d'etat of Ronfaure and Sarutabaruta to complete my outposts...
    So do I. With the ToAU Warp taru it would make getting to Dynamis for those cities much quicker. Not that I go to cities often, but it's something. As well as for bundling and such.

    Bastok outpost is soooooooo fucking useless.

    It takes you to the far end of north gustaberg, which in order to get to bastok, requires you to run to south gustaberg, which is like a 3 minute run, then run to bastok, which is like an 6-8 minute run.

    I'd rather buy things like Beastmen/Kindred's Seals with CP, much as one buys imperial currency. Imagine breaking a KS into, say, 30 Beastmen's Seals.

    Or make it such that having Signet increases (by a noticeable margin) the rate of drops of such items from mobs. That way people might actually bother with it.

    Is this still faster than dem > gusgen > movalpolos > escape > run to port bastok?

    Most of the useful vendors are in port anyway, it's my teleport-bastok of choice these days.

    Here's another crazy idea: Make which currency is available based on what regions you own. Like, the newbie region of your nation allows purchase of your nation's single-unit, control of Zulkheim(Sandy/Bastok)/Kolshushu(Windy) allows 100-unit, and control of your nation's "Jeuno" region allows 10-000 unit purchase. Or maybe, you have to control X amount of "beginner" regions to purchase single units , Y amount of "intermediate" regions to purchase 100-units, and Z "advanced" regions for 10,000 units? Maybe have certain regions be worth certain "points" and you need to have X amount of points for each beginner/intermediate/advanced tier. If so, maybe:

    Beginner: 1 pt: Ronfaure, Gustaberg, Sarutabaruta 2pt: Zulkheim, Kolshushu, Qufim 3pt: Norvallen, Derfland, Aragoneu

    Intermediate: 4pt: Li'Telor, Elshimo Lowlands, Fauregandi 5pt: Kuzotz, Valdeaunia, Elshimo Uplands

    Advanced: 6pt: Vollbow, Tu'Lia, Tavnazian Archipelago, Movalpolos

    Maybe even ignore the beginner/intermediate/advanced crap and cut straight to the "points".

    Other: Make supply quests, Garrison, and/or EF somehow related. Also, maybe a gil fee, too?

    Just random ideas I had and I don't care if they're good of if they're stupid. I mostly made this out of pure boredom and put little thought into it.

    I would imagine anything would be faster than escaping from movalpolos and running to port bastok. You'd have to run west all the way around that hill and then back east to port bastok.

    This Dream is gold.... but to stop RMT why not just make this specially obtained Currency RA/EX so you can only use it for your Relic and not to sell.... easy fix ftw

    I use all my OPs, all the time. Until they make them transferrable, I am never, ever, EVER changing.

    That said, if they were to add this, I have 200k of Windurst CP :D

    RMT arent an issue when the item in question cant be monopolised. You can xp in any area at a multitude of levels, so the RMT would never control currency obtained this way. It would be easier to cockblock dynamis, and they dont do that either.

    Making it the same as the current currency would make for an extremely healthy trade scenario.
