Probably not important, but the close-up of ichigo's eye showed some energy stuff that looked like the way fullbring was drawn, maybe that thing just stops shinigamis?

It's sad knowing that the boss of the baddies isn't going to get beat so early, I didn't really care about Byakuya but dont go killing off Ken D:

It would make sense. Uses no bankai or shikai to speak of, energy level honestly prolly has no cap, and shrugs off injury like a boss. I'd be scared of his ass too
