Kubo would benefit from a monthly release cycle. He'd have more time to flesh out plot points and think about what he's doing; and we'd be getting like 40+ pages of "content" at once.

Doing wonders for Attack on Titan. Too bad we get this stuff instead.

Yeah I've been saying that for years now. The FKT arc was absolutely dreadful on a weekly release, but whenever you go back and read it in one sitting it flows pretty smoothly.

I'd like to say typical shonen "side-villains thrown away by main villain become anti-villains and help the protags" but this happened a lot in actual history so I can't just blame Japan for it.
