It's very brief, basically, they both end up with broken arms. But apparently in Japanese, it has a double meaning and also means "be friends again". Would be safe to guess the fight might be coming to an end next chapter.

Edit: It does end, conflicting spoilers on whether they both lose an arm or not:

Naruto counters Sasuke's punch,
sending him flying into the wall.
Sasuke's Amaterasu + Chidori vs Naruto's Rasengan.
Big explosion. It's like when they fought here before.
This time both of them fall.
Lying together, they both think of the past.

Sasuke's left hand is broken.
Naruto's right hand is broken.

VS

Using their last drip of power, Kagutsuchi and Rasengan the two collides again.
The valley is destroyed as they both fall face to face.
Naruto explains why he was chaising after Sasuke. When Naruto thinks of Sasuke, his heart hurts a lot.
Sasuke talks too about what he have on his heart. Sasuke too, when he thinks of Naruto his heart aches, and Sasuke thought this would weaken him.
Both of them pass out. When they woke up, a full day already passed.
Sasuke accept his loss and wish to die. Sasuke says that both of them would just have to transplant Sasuke eyes on Kakashi after his death to cancel Mugen Tsukuyomi.
Naruto calls Bullshit on Sasuke dying.

Naruto : Don't make me repeat myself !
Sasuke : ( Starts crying ) Shut ... up, Usuratonkachi !
Both their arms ( the ones they used for the clash. ) are gone and the blood pouring out links both of them.

The fight is fucking over and has been so... Unless they're fighting in their fucking sleep. I don't mind them being out of the actual FIGHTING but damn, we're just going to sit around for days until they're either both dead or one of them walks back?

IIRC, it took Naruto and Kakashi three days to run from Konoha to the Sand Village in the Rescue Gaara arc. Naruto and Sasuke ran pretty damn far to get to the Valley of the End, so I could see Kakashi and Sakura taking over a day to get there, considering how ungodly huge the speed gap is between them and Naruto and Sasuke.

Initial final panel impression: Awww, they're making a heart with their bloodtrails. And oh, they don't have arms anymore. Sweet, he's just like Edo Minato now!

I'm at that point where I don't even care someone lost a limb anymore. Disabilities in this universe come without penalty and Naruto doesn't even need an arm. He can just make chakra arms anyway. Like a boss.

Just nanomachines it back or transplant a fodder nins arm onto both of 'em. In this plug-n-play universe you can just plop in eyes like USB sticks soo... get to rearming our fighters.

Unless they both are gonna die on the operating table due to blood loss thanks to Sakura. Now that'd be hilarious.
