Yeah, the pacing at the start made me excited, because I thought I was gonna see more than I expected, but they did add a decent amount of filler (as well as some nice new material, like the awakened fight and jean + team entering). Ultimately it ended where I thought it would. Next week is gonna own.

I was thinking it wasen't going to get much action when I first saw it cept short fight scenes

Yeah, I thought it might suffer because it starts off rather slow/boring (least compared to the later parts). But luckily it's gotten this far and done well. Animation and art have gotten tons better compared to first episode because it took them a while to get used to the style.

First few episodes lacked on action compared to the rest of them so far, but it was still intriguing... after watching all 14 episodes I was impatient and read the manga, now I can't wait for episodes to come.

Just wondering though, how is the manga released? Mangatraders says 73 was uploaded like 4 weeks ago, is it still being released monthly?

Main chapters are monthly. Although there was an extra chapter about Teresa that might be a weekly thing (or when he gets writers block about what to do with you know who).
