to cap out magic haste WITHOUT BRD 2hr

Should give you max Haste without having to use a BRD 2hr. Of course if you use that with Souleater and not DRK 2hr you kill yourself .... wouldnt you?

Can't kill yourself with Souleater. The damage is calculated from % of your HP.

Yea but u can get your HP so low that 1 hit from your target, whom you'll most likely have hate on, can easily one-shot you.

The point is if you're using souleater w/o 2hr with that much haste, you will most likely die. Not that souleater itself will kill you.
