Footwork?

Is there a thread where Footwork has been tested out yet?

I tried it out earlier and the following seems to be true:
- 13% TP per hit (480 delay?), I'm not sure if it was affected by Haste (with the spell and 18% from gear attacks were still quite slow). Possibly a bug?
- Doesn't stack with Hundred Fists, it's still almost entirely punches.
- Double Attacks seemed to be punches?
- Attack increases substantially. Attack+X items seem to be giving only 75% of their normal Attack+ though?
- Counters are still punches.

Any corrections or insights are quite welcome.

I have a monk telling me he returned a shitload of TP from Asuran Fists with Footwork active.
