Oracle's Pigaches vs. Goliard Clogs for BRD debuffs

I'm leaning towards the Pigaches for my setup since Wind doesn't have diminishing returns like CHR (at least I think?). The Magic Acc has me unsure though.

I know it's hard to define an absolute better piece of gear when it comes to BRD debuffs, but just curious what other BRDs have to say about the Pigaches.

My debuff gear is:

Weap: HQ Staff
Sub: Bugard Grip +1/Earth Grip ( no light grip yet )
Head: Marduk Tiara
Neck: Wind Torque
Ear1: Musical Earring
Ear2: Wind Earring
Body: Marduk Jubbah
Hands: Sheikh Gages
Ring1: Nereid Ring
Ring2: Omega Ring
Back: Jester's Cape +1 (Ix'DRG can suck a dick)
Waist: Gleeman's Belt
Legs: Marduk Shalwar
Feet: Goliard Clogs

Pigaches. Clogs are great, I'm hoping to get a pair myself, but CHR is nearly worthless after a certain point, and I think you have plenty already. Pigaches are slightly but clearly superior in nearly all cases, the exception being if you were using string, obviously.

I use the clogs, but Ix'DRG was nicer to me so I have less CHR (and I'm also a Mithra...you'd figure we would have plenty of charisma, but I guess mobs don't like furries or something). Even with the clogs, I'm hanging out at 109.

I suppose I could use Jester's +1 and Oracle's for debuffs (once I like...get Oracle's); I'm convinced 5 wind and 5 singing are equivalent, so it's a question of 6 CHR versus 2 m.acc. I'm tempted to believe the CHR wins, but I guess it depends on how much CHR you think is "enough" in the first place.
