im guessing wearing the gilet trigers the trunks and then hq..

Used my HQ Old Swimsuit the whole time, nothing different. Eagerly awaiting future replys from Spira ^^ Maybe you have to do like 28 in a row without talking to the moogle for the HQ, that'd suck lol.

I talked to the moogle, but when I dance near her nothing happens... is there something else I have to do that I missed?

Can she only be in one city at a time? There's no sign of her or anyone with new gear in Sandy, everyone's just been running around shouting for the last 2 hours.

I dunno if she can only be in one nation or not, but in sandy she's in northern san d'oria near the guilds

when i did this i wasnt in any old event eq so u can do this bare..

i think talk to moogle first.. to 'start' the count..

then do the synchro thing.. and then talk to moogle to claim reward, based on synchro count.

im going to try 14 with gilet now to see what i get

Well.. I know at least 15 works... a friend tried 14 and got fireworks. Each time Mumor starts, the amount of synchronized dances varies. If not enough people cheer, then Ullegore seems to gain an advantage, where he says "Resistance is futile." and Mumor gets fewer of her WSes (and therefore fewer dance synchronizing) are possible.
I've seen 5-8 chances in different runs.

Edit: Didn't get the HQ of either piece while wearing both NQs and doing 15 Synchs... >.> I got 99 of the fireworks
maybe gotta go to another city... but right now... i'm giving up and going to bed.

Ok Friend of mine just did 17 NOT CONSECUTIVE (They messed up at least 5+ times) and they got their top. So it's just a base number of synchronized dances without talking to the moogle. Unsure yet how to get the +1s.

My guess is, Change city for HQ.
Moogle warps you, if you wear the new Equip.

After getting both NQ bathing suit pieces i talked to the chocobo game npc and he commented on how i looked in the bathing suit and said i should play the game on hard. seems like a good chance that is how you get the HQ

yea.. the 15 doesnt have to be consecutive.. but just any 15 without checking the mooogle for the reward..
