People liked it because it was different. I agree with you. Thought it sucked. Wasshername doing the hand motions showing she once was one of the lube kids made no sense with how old she was and how long they'd been on the train. Lot of stupid things like that made me dislike it.

The only part I disliked was near the end with that guy who wouldn't fucking die until you were totally bored of the fight. Dragged on way to long, but other than that I thought it was a good movie with an unfortunately awful antagonist.

Just saw Lucy. Pretty much what I expected, but was still pretty entertaining. The pseudoscience crap is laid on pretty thick and Lucy does some pretty questionable things.

i thought lucy was an absolute abortion. theater was empty other than me, if that says anything. guy laughed when i bought a ticket for it, said that was the first sold for lucy in 2 days

The East. Decent film about infiltrating an eco-terrorist group. I didn't know who Brit Marling was before this, but I liked her. Alexander Skarsgard and Ellen Page are also in this.

I saw Boyhood on Tuesday, it was pretty good but the kid annoyed me by the end of the film with his terrible acting.. but movie was worth watching
