I personally wasnt going to go there because I know for the most part the BG community praises botters, but when you server transfer and get ummm idunno what like 40 out of 45 faffy claims whent here are 4-5 other linkshells at every camp, something is amiss. Sure every shell has a few rogue bots, but all in all lakshmi for the most part looks down on it. It WAS a fairly even distrubituon of claims before you trash showed up. Well, since we cant beat you on kings, we will make sure you dont fuck up the rest of endgame thats not bottable.

Occassional piss poor performace makes me laugh. Yes every LS does including ours. I would actually say Vicious have the occassional good performance rofl which is a very rare sight indeed. There is a reason all the Lakshmi rejects are in your shell. No other LS wants them or they were all kicked for sucking.

As for botting don't make statements you can't prove. There may be botters in most LS's, yours is the only one who openly admits it. As for us, we have a strict no bot rule and I personally kick anyone from the LS who I find out does it, no exceptions. People join our LS very aware of our policy on this and that we very rarely camp Ground Kings. If they don't like it, they can leave.

You cant detect a botter if he doesnt want to be detected. So your strict "no bot rule" sounds more like i wish. The live app statistic shows that there are currently 120 ppl using ffxi-app on Lakshmi, and Vicious prolly isnt even listed with every botter since they use an "advanced" version of it. Every established HNM ls has someone with access to a bot, if you like it or not. Just some LS rather act like angels and point fingers than admit the truth.

We generally don't really care about camping DI and Sandworm. Khimmy and Cerb are pretty much based on the people you got camping it. I think Aspid and KB are still evenly distributed. When it comes to Aspid, we've had bad luck with claims.

I can see why other servers would think this is just an example of people being assholes and stealing mobs. It's hard to really explain the situation on Lakshmi without some sort of bias. But until about 6 months ago, Lakshmi had a pretty peaceful HNM community. Then 2 LSs from other servers transfer over here, join up, and form the scum of the HNM scene. "Vicious" is a pretty accurate name - they're ruthless, rude, and don't really put any thought into their fights. Along with botting everything (mostly Fafnir every day of the week.. enjoying your 30+ Aegisjalmrs?) and shit talking whenever they don't get claim, they pretty much suck at everything until they can find enough KC Drks to throw at it.

So it's pretty much become a policy with every other LS to remove any opportunity for them to get anything, because to be honest, watching them fight things for 6 hours is boring as hell, and watching them die is only funny the first 20 or so times.

It's kinda nice to see everyone else on Lakshmi united, even though every LS still has their differences, we'd all much rather see the original Lakshmi LSs get things than let Vicious get anything at all. They've basically made enemies out of everyone on the server, and they enjoy being hated. So, I guess this is what they wanted really?

As for the "every LS has botters" thing - well, that may be so. Most LSs don't openly admit to it and encourage it though. For the LS I'm in, I really doubt there are any claim botters, mainly because we don't actually camp anything that involves a claim contest. There's not really much attraction for botters to join us really.

There's no point in arguing about whether we do good or bad for the majority of our HNM fights since it's all subjective. I've been to way more Vicious HNM fights than you have and I'm fully aware of our track record. I can judge before we engage a mob whether it's gonna be a difficult fight or rape it's face. We cannot rely on team-ups when we are lacking on people.

Also, we have a decent number of (kicked) ex-Vicious members that have found happy homes with other Lakshmi HNMLSs.

It's not subjective at all. It's all numbers, and it's very objective. We hardly talked shit in the beginning. As a matter of fact, we had a "no /say" policy. Every claim we got was immediately followed by:

[Player1] Fucking Dojo/Vicious Bots
[Player2] "insert lolworthy shit talking phrase"

This continues through out the fight.

We've gotten MPK attempts, spammed with /randoms from the entire zone (lol), the constant "/em Cerberus/Khimmy readies Gates of Hades/Fulmination", and Invincible + Kite our mobs.

You guys still get HNMs. I can visit each of your websites and see progressive HNM kills.
