The Optimistic Asshole
Sweaty Dick Punching Enthusiast
CSI + Prison Break + X-Files = FRINGE
Watched the Pilot just now on fox, and it really is what I alluded to in the title. It's got the CSI weird shit investigating, going up against a major company prison break-esqu plotline, and fucking weird fringe science (hence the name) phenomena. The pilot was good, which means it'll get cancelled in three weeks, as does all good fox/network series I grow a liking to. Who watched, what did ya think?

The Anti Miz
The Anti Miz of the House of Weave
i watched, not really sure what to think. definitely x-filey though
-
I watched it in it's entirety and I like it. The zombie plane thing in the beginning had me thinking I was watching the X-files and what not, all in all it was pretty good I must admit. I am a sci-fi buff so this plays right to my liking.
-
watched it, seemed pretty cool, i'll check it out again after house next week
-
I watched it also and I like it. Gives me something to watch after House after it starts back.
-
Predictably Unpredictable
Watched it.. found it awesome. Will watch again.

Well just finished watching the first episode and really loved it. Really glad to see the boyfriend partner agent turn out to be a shithead, I really liked the crazy scientists son as the male star of the show, was hoping the Agent guy wouldn't come back and take his spot.
-
I loved it... interesting characters and very X-Files/LOSTish. The music was fantastic too (LOST uses the same composer)... I also thought the location titles were full of win, instead of just showing you a normal title card, they integrated the titles into the scene. There is an encore on Sunday at 8/7c in case anyone missed it.

JJAbrams always makes intriguing pilots and then the producers who take over usually fuck it up.
-
I wasn't that impressed... I was thinking House was this week and I was terribly dissapointed.
And Hole in the wall? WTFlame
-
I thought it was a great show... It was funny to see Charlie from Mighty Ducks chasing down some dude and punching him in the face. Cant wait to see the next episode.

Art Connesseur of Blue Gartr
I watched this last night. I liked it quite a lot. I hope it stays at the same pace in the following episodes. There really wasn't anything dull going on in the show. It was pretty uh.. graphic too. I was surprised at what all they showed on the plane. The twist at the end was kind of cool too. I'm looking forward to what other kind of fringe science will be on the show. Joshua Jackson was kind of annoying, but that's almost everything that he is in.
I kept on wondering where I knew that scientist Bishop from. He was the Watcher of the throne or w/e it was in LotR.
I don't watch much tv at all, hopefully this will be the one good show of fall.
-
It was pretty decent, I'm sure JJAbrams will pull it off as he's always done and things will really pick up. The episode started off good but it kinda lost me halfway through and I lost interest until the last 20 minutes or so. I hope they don't cancel it though because it has potential for something really cool. I'm still looking forward to Battlestar Galactica more though
-
Well to be fair, BSG is in a whole 'nother league.
Frack'in right!
-
Potentially interesting plot destroyed by absolutely abysmal acting
-
So any input on episode 2? Finally got a chance to watch it tonight and thought it was really good.
-
Its got Lt. Cedric Daniels in it.
-
JJ Abrams lacks even the slightest inkling of imagination.
-
i'm enjoying quite a bit so far

YOU ARE SEARED
Dungeon Master of the House of Weave
Episode 1 was interesting, 2 was more X-Files bizarro world. I still think it has potential though, and expect some of the bizarro in with the entertaining.
