For me, the easiest class I ever did TK on was Monk, since you can just Touch of Death Grand Astromancer before she can use her 10 second disorient of bullshit.

I've thought about trying 25 man. I wasn't sure if the strat is the same for it (1123 for rotation on drake) although I figured it is. I know I can easily do 10 man on my Hunter and Shaman so I just stuck with that. Maybe next week I'll try 25 man with my Hunter. My Shaman.. not so much. My newly 90 Prot Pally doesn't have the damage to do it, but I'm wondering if I secondary Ret if I can use her for another weekly solo. I know I can't do 10m on my kitty Druid, although I feel like I should be able to. She's still in mostly green quest gear and I haven't really played it regularly since Cata.

As for TK.. I really should start doing that again. I've been skipping Ony and TK and just doing EoE because I'm so dead set on getting that lovely Azure Drake.

Yeah, switching to Ret even with my tank gear on gives me enough DPS to do Maly now. Then again last I tried I was only 86 or 87. So three chances a week now.

for 25 man the drake rotation is the same, 1123, the basic issue is getting the first phase done fast enough to leave plenty of time, while of course surviving

my first kill I had 2 stacks for most of the first phase and I believe I hit the enrage a few seconds before I killed him in the end, but I was blood in 490ish dps gear because I wasn't being able to survive him as frost


a hunter shouldn't have much problem, I would think, assuming you're geared of course, as honestly the biggest time issue by far was chasing the scions around as a melee

My guild had 100+ attempts on 2 fights out of 15 we cleared last tier, we're now 5/13 and I believe 2 of those had less than 100 attempts, while 2 are around 200 wipes.

This tier is nasty, especially for 10's. There is a morchok in jinrokh and an ultrax in jikun, though.

Didn't really have much of a roster issue (although we did lose one of our warlocks). It's just an encounter with a lot of personal responsibility. It's also significantly easier thanks to the legendary meta gems; I can't even imagine doing that fight without them. I think the runner up in number of attempts before a kill for this tier is Dark Animus at around 120ish or so, give or take.

Finally downed H Sha. I know it's post nerf and all that, but it feels good either way, especially since my team crapped out at 15/16H last tier.

Also finally got MH Warglaive last week, followed by the bow from Sunwell (on my DK -.-)......and another MH Warglaive today so all in all seems the RNG gods like me right now :D

random update. After stalling on progression, SURPRISE PROGRESSION. blew through 6/12 after 2-shotting ji-kun on our first day at him. I took a day off for personal shit, and came back and got durumu down to 3%. something changed in the group, and i like it. also, dropped destro, i'm now aff/demo. happier with myself, destro was getting boring.

My group knocked out normal Lei Shen last night. Still slightly ahead of the curve as only something like 30% of recorded guilds have killed him on normal, I'll take it!
