My mom paid the balance we had on the wedding photos which was pretty sweet. Dad got me a shirt I need for running, a dress shirt, a balaclava, and a couple pair of jeans. Wife got me a new pair of tights (running). Still got a bit to open today, but probably not much. I got my wife a new Palm Treo. Like last year, my baby made out like a bandit. A few people deposited money into her 529 account, which was more than appreciated.

Got a bunch of little random crap from the wife. She bought me Mortalk Kombat vs. DC Universe, which is cool but she didn't realize I bought it when it first came out. But the best present she got me is a brown shirt with Green Man on the front of it from FX.Com. I'm actually wearing it at work right now(yeah yeah I know it's Christmas, I work in AAA's road service dept. We never close, ever.)

400 bucks (Mom is insanely lucky...she plays radio contests while at work and won $1,000 a few weeks ago. $250 each for myself, brother and sister. Grandparents gave me $150.)

What to do with the money though...wanted to use that to save up for a Japan tour in March for my birthday, but now my brother and friends were talking about going to Dublin and Amsterdam in a few weeks. Either way it'll be exciting, so we'll see.

Made out pretty well this year.

Edit - Yes, I realize $1,000 three ways isn't $250 each. Probably spent the other $250 on clothes.

Usual rule of thumb fyi when you bring a kitten/cat to a new place is don't let it get outside for about 5 days, even if you want it to be an outdoor cat. It'll help establish that's where he/she's gonna get their food. Then you can do w/e you want with kicking it out.


As for me I got clothes, Civilization Revolution (<3 those games), clothes, clothes, and clothes. Oh and a huge fucking purse from my future mother-in-law that I have to wear cause she got it for me, and now it takes me 5 minutes to find my phone every time it rings cause somehow it always manages to swim all the way to the bottom. :/
