My Bloody Valentine 3D (MC: 51, RT: 57%)

Has anyone else seen this yet? I thought it was really well made, and they really used the 3D gimmick to great effect.

Though, I was slightly disappointed that the scariest part (to me) happened at the very end of the credits, and not during the actual movie.

All in all, I'd definitely say it is worth seeing. It's actually been getting decent reviews on rottentomatoes, last I saw it was at a 73% on the tomatometer, which is generally pretty good, even for noncampy horror flicks.

Hmm, I've seen ads all over the place but thought it was going to turns like your slasher-flick du jour. It doesn't have a shitty rating @ RT either, will check it out.

Man what is with Hollywood remaking old Canadian horror flicks these days? I'm glad it was decent, the first movie was pretty good for its time.

It's not much of a spoiler, but whatever.

During the credits you are traveling down a mine shaft, and when you reach the end, the miner walks out from the back of the room and kicks you down and then stands over you with a broken mask, so you can see his eyes and such, and then does you in.

Its very atmospheric, and very creepy. Seeing him standing over you with his blood thirsty eyes was very disturbing to me. He doesn't run for you, just casually walks over to you while the Darth Vader breaths get louder and louder while he walks up.

That was the freakiest part to me.
