The T3i is a solid camera from what I've seen and read. How are you liking the 50mm 1.8? I see it has some decent bokeh which is pretty good for the price range.
I really like it, although for a beginner like me, it's little bit harder to get used to than the stock wide angle lens. Majority of my best shots was with the 50mm.
sorry for the bump but i'm camera dumb
out of curiosity, i've been looking at east asian photography and they always manage to get this soft, dreamy feel
how are they achieving this? is it just all photoshop or is it partially a specific type of camera/lens involved?
a lot of ways of doing it (bokeh/adjusting lighting/lens filter/ttv contraption) but yeah mostly just photoshop.
Yeah looks like shallow depth of field along with maybe some Lightroom Presets. Presets are nice because they can give you a specific look and oftentimes the preset packages have different options that can dramatically change the shot.
I have been doing a lot of landscape and nature photography since I moved. I spend a lot more time outside hiking around now. This is my new gallery of photos taken at the beaches near my house.
