    Default Download probs on new comp

    So I recently bought a new computer and when I hooked it up to the internet and I'm getting download speeds of 2 kb/sec! I'm using charter cable so anyone have an idea what the deal could be?

    Are you using the same cabling as before?

    Is this a new ISP?

    Did you install any firewall software, and/or are you using a different OS than before?

    Are there any other users on the network, and/or does your router support wireless connections?
