Oh no, my emotionless cipher avatar is dead
I'm waiting for details
Comes out this Fall right? Ok, gona need someone to help me freeze myself.
Sweet.
looking forward to it.
shitty teaser trailer though.
I came from anticipation of the game, trailer was meh.
My character was a female and she does things with other technically female aliens. She will be missed.
They made a pretty big deal about saying your save from ME1 would carry over to ME2, it's seem pretty silly if they didn't bring back the main character. There's probably a plot twist in here somewhere, like Sheperd dies but is reborn thanks to alien technology and becomes a superbeing capable of defeating the reapers etc... who knows. I'm excited for the game regardless.
I hope they keep at least some of the old teammates, my fav. team was pure combat sheperd + tali + liara, so pwn.
I was going to make a thread about this, but you beat me to it!
Loved the first one, played through it four times. I have both books, but I've yet to read the second. This is easily my most anticipated future release.
I doubt Shepard is dead though, but we shall see!
I'm most interested in how they're going to handle all of the different choices you can make (Wrex, Kaidan/Ashley, The Council) in the first one. There are a lot of different combinations, but more power to them if they have different plots for each of the choices!
Known about this for some time now, excited for this year in gaming aside from GOW 3/FF13 getting pushed back to next year. It'll be intresting to see what they do with shepard's story, I too have playe dthrough this 3-4 times(still on 4th).
mass effect is one of my favorite games, can't wait for the sequel.
Any chance any of you guys are excited about ALPHA PROTOCOL?
If im not mistaken sega is publishing alpha protocol and if they do, it will suck.
Alpha Protocol has potential simply due to the developer, who is honestly really good as long as they get enough time to polish the game.
I just beat this game for the first time about 15 mins ago and then decided to check if there was a sequel and low and behold, it's as if they waited for me to beat it.
I do have one question about it, when you get to the part where you have to choose to sacrifice someone is it always the same 2 people you choose from or does it choose from the 2 people you use most often because that is what happened to me and I was angry they didn't take someone I never used.
I didn't use either of those two, when I had that option.
There should be a Mass Effect MMO with the same engine/gameplay/etc.
So it'd be roleplaying 3rd person shooter with lots of DLC team-orientated objectives. And you could focus on creating unique worlds without a 'filler' area that required tons of work since it's space!
