Another revision to the build. Scored some great deals on the 290x cards which led me to go crossfire. I've been extremely happy with this build. Cards run a little warm, but noise wise it's great. I haven't overclocked either cpu or gpus. I'll get around to it sooner or later. Some parts I've had for awhile. Parts were purchased mostly new, but a few second hand. To note, one of the 290x is the OC edition. Pcpartpicker.com does not allow for listing two different gpu. Prices are after all promos, discounts, coupons, rebates, using credit card points, and free offers. Picks are spoiled for hugeness.

Kal, you got a 240GB SATA3 SSD for $9.99?
Hehe sure did, but that was completely a one off. Here is a link to the original deal which also came with an 8gb stick of ram. Price was originally $114.99 after rebate minus the $25 off $100 when checking out with Paypal promo. So how did I get it down to $9.99? Prior to this purchase I had an issue where Tigerdirect (or the rebate company) incorrectly listed a rebate on a previous purchase I had made. Tigerdirect issued me an $80 credit for my trouble. This is how I was able to drive the price down. Obviously a one off, but it really worked out for me!
Damnit.
