Does anyone read Wagatsuma-san wa Ore no Yome? The manga is actually hilarious. It's about a HS boy who is a nerd and part of the geek group. But he has what he calls "time slips" which are what could either be him glimpsing into the future, or him fantasizing about what the future would be like (It's never really established which it is, but kind of left ambiguous and undetermined on purpose I think). And of course, he's in love with the most popular girl in school.

The catch is that it isn't some shoujo manga or even shonen. It's just kind of an over the top comedy with really great art, lots of puns and jokes, and just a ridiculous story (in the best way possible). If anyone is looking for a good comedy series, definitely recommend this one. It's about 89 chapters in too, so lots of reading to be had. Honestly it's just asking to be turned into an anime. And I'm kind of glad it hasn't yet

Yup, I read it every week. Since he broke up with Wakatsuma though I felt the manga hasn't been as good. Need more of the DX gang and Sylvia.

Also Ran is the best girl.

Finally finished reading all of Ippo. Many of the matches are the same formula, but they still stay exciting somehow.

I don't know it just feels like there has barely been an improvement in ippo his last few fights. What happened to the dempseyroll and being able to move in any direction with it. I thought that was going to be the next step but it has not been brought back. This and the woli fight feel like when he wins its just a stroke of luck and nothing else.

I feel the same way. Not sure if it's luck, but it's that same ending every time.

I thought this match was going to be the one to unleash the new Dempsey Roll, but it was stopped so quickly and all we saw was the old form. Disappointing.
