    However, some people just have had bad lotting luck and are past their HNM prime.

    It's definitely a list of augments. They're grouped (for example, pet attack and acc) exactly the same as the ACP reward armor augments, and there wasn't a list like this in the DATs before. Now, that doesn't mean that all of them are actually usable in-game, but it certainly seems to be a master list of some kind. I wouldn't draw any conclusions about what you can actually augment based on the list, but it's interesting to note what's not on it.

    Again, this list comes from a NEW .DAT that was installed today.

    Some things that need to be mentioned:

    If this was a list of all things that gear can have (non augmented) and the game just pulls strings from this list and just puts it on gear, there are a lot of things missing: Movement Speed+%, Enfeebling Magic+%, Cure Potency+%, Additional Effect, to name a few.

    It appears to be the full augment list separate from ACP rewards because that is in its own dialog table for Lower Jueno that has you pick from a list in the dialog.
    So why is Slow+% there? Current speculation is that when you Augment Gear that has existing stats, the game has to put the stats back onto the gear + what you add. Right now, we have 0 idea where to augment gear outside the final ACP mission, I just report what I find...which I believe to be an Augment list due to the fact that if it were a general list of what gear can have, it is missing a ton of things.

    Isn't Lower Jeuno where you pick ACP reward though? Unless that's a whole different NPC.

    NPC in Lower Jueno for ACP. You trade your scenario key and have the option to choose items.

    This .DAT is completely by itself and isolated, much like the MMM rune listing. I am still trying to track down augment dialogs

    you picked up on my underlying issue. However it is good to get our hopes up, so we can be disgruntle at SE when they flop.

    there are NQ items with nothing on them and a HQ piece with maybe +1 VIT.

    If only "clean" items could be augmented then NQs would be better then HQs, wtf?
