Don't try to reason or argue with him, the boy is insane. Seriously. Just blist, report, and be on your way, it is the only way to deal with him. The GMs know who he is, believe me.

If you try to converse with him, he will keep going until you say something antagonistic and he can report you to the GM, etc. He wants to buy high ticket items and yet then accuses anyone selling them of being RMT and selling the gold for cash - he used to accuse the LS I was in of it all the time because we had gotten drops for everyone in our shell, so had started selling them (of whichever items... Lambton Worm and ZNMs come to mind atm). Obviously he couldn't fathom that people had gotten numerous of these items by whatever time so we immediately became "RMT" in his head.

Or people mess with him and purposely say that we are, people from within the shell, and he takes it seriously, haha.

My favorite was when he was using someone bazaaring Hachiryu Haidate as proof our shell was RMT... when that person wasn't in our LS anymore and hadn't gotten them through us. LOL

Another favorite Feiwong moment: he'd bought an account with a Ridill, which had members of the LS that had gotten that Ridill just outraged. They weren't regular campers whatsoever and they were really really proud of that fight and that drop (it was like 3 yrs ago - no idea of the conditions of the acct owner deciding to sell, or if Fei had scammed it or what). Feiwong himself actually thanked them, like sincerely thanked them, for having gotten this character that Ridill, and that because it meant so much to them, it meant so much to him... like he actually made it somehow make sense in his head that they had gotten the Ridill for HIM.

Just because he puts you on his blist doesn't mean he's done harassing you. Trust me on this. He does this shit for attention and will continue to due so as long as he gets a response. I've dealt with him sending me death threats, gay pornography via PM's, sporadic harassment when I was playing, all kinds of shit. Keep turning him in and sooner or later he'll either get banned or will strip the character down and move on. Just ignore him.

For the record though. I can't say I can confirm if he has bought accounts or not. I'm sure he has in the past. He ends up with the majority of these characters by scamming the people trying to sell them.
