Vent problem - Can talk and hear SFX - but can't hear voices

Vent worked fine 2days ago and now yesterday and today, not so much. I didn't change any settings in vent or on my PC, as far as I know. That doesn't mean my girlfriend didn't go around and fuck something up, but I don't think she did either.

I can talk and everyone can hear me fine, but I can't hear them and I don't hear the noise when I press my hotkey. The only thing I have done, was take my PC apart and hide some powercables in it better in order to get better airflow in my case. I did unplug the HD audio cable from the front of the case to the motherboard, but plugged it back in obviously, once I had it in a more ideal position.

Everything else soundwise works fine, I can watch movies and hear games with out any problems. I am using a Razer Carcharias headset and Bose Companion 3 speakers. Neither of them give me voices. When I plug in my shitty logitech USB PS3 headset, I get voices. I refuse to settle and use that headset because it's basically the most uncomfortable headset ever, I think it was designed for people ages 3-5.

I don't have Vent muted at the bottom. Here are my settings:

If anyone has any ideas what went wrong, I greatly appreciate it.

Somehow Realtek HD Audio got set to 6channel. Works again. Blaming this on either my girlfriend, or because I unplugged it from the motherboard. I am aware that 2.1speakers != 6channel so I wouldn't do this to myself!
