Me: somebody made the decision to ban my account, so somebody knows why it was banned.
SEI POL Melanie R: The GM's and the special task force are the only ones that are able to ban account. From a banned account you are unable to speak with a GM and you can also not contact they special task force due to this issue.

SEI POL Melanie R: They will not discuss any account from another account.

Me: not that i am aware of. i would say thank you, but i feel like this has been the least helpful interaction i have ever had with any company's customer support. SE sure does a wonderful job of driving paying customers away for no apparent reason.
