Getting UCS-5000 error now, saying playonline info is wrong, to retry.
When I called, the rep did say that I wont be able to play today, said sometime Thursday morning.
Wow the amount of tolerance you have for people's bullshit amazes me. You have incredible patience. I would have been all over a gm call on them way before they would have had a chance to mpk. GM's must love you with your "attempt to resolve the dispute on your own before contacting a GM," thing... As far as your account goes, I would be more suspicious of the previous activity on the 2nd account you reactivated. Still, it is just too coincidental that you had the official charge back notice so I bet it is merely a credit card issue. If the other LS was going to call a GM on you, I can't see them being dumb enough to mpk you too.
I just hope all the bullshit we've been putting up with like this, for the past 7 or 8 years does not carry over into FFXIV.

Melanie is the most retarded Online Customer Support personnel they have I think. I was unfortunate enough to have her once, she was no help whatsoever. A hour later I tried the chat again and got someone else, who was actually able to help me.
I would try again til getting a different person.
Still UCS-5000 error. Hmm Playonline maint should be over now, but still giving me this error.
Every. Single. Month. For the past 5 fucking months, LM-21 because of "unpaid fees from declined card". Usually happens during registration server maintenance so I can't even resolve it via pol for a day or so. It's a fucking bank card, and the money has always been there.
This shit got old the second time it happened.
Won't let me in right now due to maintenance...but the POL site says the maintenance was yesterday..?
Called today, got email two days ago about acct ban not being reversed, asked the guy why, he told me it was due to "Irregular activity" on the acct and that it could not be unbanned(also told me that the email was decieving that it could not be amended with verified info). Asked for the supervisor, he told me he could not give me one and gave me a address to send my complaint to:

Called SE again today. They said my password was incorrect, why I was getting the UCS5000 error, but thats false because I was able to login to playonline. I tried to explain that to them, but there fucking retarded.
So I come home, try the new password. O guess what, UCS5000 ERROR, waiting in line on Playonline chat support now. This is total bullshit.
