    Also: seeing the math makes this an interesting toss up, 3% Haste 10 Acc 5 Att IS actually an intriguing idea for some situations since it would make such a great low acc TP piece.

    Be damned if that isn't a Coselete and a Galea. The Wardecors and Salade looks like they go together too.

    Though I honestly have no idea about the mage sets.

    2 MAB > 2 INT no matter what, in terms of damage, for anything above tier1's. Only possible reason to go with the INT+6 option is for SCH helices, but even then it's very very close, and I'd rather just get the MAB option for both nukes and helices.

    The mage hat, at least, is just like the BLM hat in the FF3 remake for the DS

    Yeah. BLM could use the 6 INT in a max int set for ele debuffs too. So both options would have their uses. MAB always wins for nuking though.

    My guess the 3rd add-on scenario will give hands, legs and feet as the reward. Each with 1 augment to add.

    I would just like to point out that no single stat on their own magically up your WS dmg by a significant amount, not even sea gorgets, which everyone swear by. Though I would like to add, going from 2334 to 2377 is a less than 2% increase.

    (HP Recovered while Healing +3, lol)

    This here is the most potent hat in the game for BLM, beating out even Ree's Headgear and Maat's Cap. The fact that SCH can wear this is a godsend in itself, considering there isnt a whole lot of ways, if any (lol) to boost damage and still be able to sacrafice elemental skill. Round it out with RDM and this is a very useful hat!

    head/body/feet are visible on the little FF3 DS sprites. and would make a lot of nice upgrades open up.

    Ok, I want PLD helmet, even though I have COR RNG NIN and SMN, I want PLD. Lets take into account a few things though since after reading 11 pages I still cant see a clear consensus on what to put on the bad boy.

    Excali Build PLD: Would you want to make it a tp piece to replace existing?

    Blood Tanking: /RDM or /WAR

    Ichi Recast: Self Explainatory


    While I know this piece is going to end up being just a macro swap piece (which sucks) What about making it a TP piece or an idle piece since there seem to be better alternatives for the head slot.
