i just went on POL chat and gave them some info, and they reset my password for me.

yea i also forgot my password for my POL Mail,
so i just did the chat thing with SEI, they asked for my reg.codes,CC info, full address and name, phone number, char.name/server,
after i gave them that, it was only a matter of 2minutes and he resetted my PW.
The only part that took long was the actual waiting to get an agent.
