Not saying there isn't some glitch that lets this happen for real, but you can change the data to show it digging up anything you want, wouldn't require any shops. Pretty sure this is what that one particular crafter did with his HQ/NQ crafts to make it look like he had impossible HQ rates.

Doesn't look shopped if you expand the image, but I thought from the start that it was probably just a swap of the item's name. Seems even more likely after seeing the one of him mining up several different varieties of fish.

Years ago I remember a guy used a trick like this to claim he fished Noble Beds. It wasn't real of course, but they had everyone fooled for a long time. I wish I remember where that old threat was, or what site it was on even ...
