At the fourth dungeon, it pretty much requires you to group to get the 3rd and 4th difficulty done, unless you grind and outlevel it. As for the 5th dungeon, I can see it being soloable, just need skillz.

This fatigue meter sucks -_- I'd like to grind a bit to catch up to Kia and BRP but I'm at about 50% and it doesn't reset until 3pm PST

Someone just invaded one of my dungeons. level 20 fighter(I was 18). Fucked me up, mostly due to my shitty keyboard acting up(running into him, not moving and etc). It was in the middle of a boss fight too lol. He could harm the boss, I think he might have picked up the boss's drops too. After I opened the chest and got the items, I killed him.

Yeah, I'm at 12.6 or so, so I doubt I'll catch up to them both. I just did the 4th dungeon on the max difficulty. Big ball-n-chain bastard was fun. Ran outta arrows too.

Curious; can anyone translate the graphics page on options? For some reason, I'm lagging a little bit even at 1280x800, and I know my PC should be able to handle this. Curious if there's a Vsync option to be turned off or anything like that. I get a bit of choppy lag in the 4th dungeon.

Did nobody fucking listen when I said there was an english patch out? It has all that shit translated.

Here, I won't even make you look for it. Backup C9/UI/UI.cfg somewhere then overwrite.

I installed it, but it only translates like 1/8th of the game so far. its not like most things aren't common sense for people who have played an MMO or RPG game before though. But I do wish I could understand what my quests wanted me to do lol

as far as quests, they do highlight lots of relevant information- who to talk to, what to kill, where to go, etc. I'm not sure if there's a consistent color coding for who/what/where yet, but just keep an eye out and maybe jot down some gookrunes to see if you can recognize NPCs.

I also get a bunch of weird nongookrune gibberish in a lot of dialogue windows for some reason though.

Yeah, I got the nongook stuff too. Just gibberish. I was halfway done with the level 15-19 dungeon's 3rd level boss and BAM. Runtime error.

Random PvP vs Koreans is hilarious. Always the hunter and I just absolutely abuse them so they can't do shit. Apparently Assassin's can often kill 2 of the Shaman classes in a single combo string, so that should be fun when I get to that point. Having a blast with this, although doing the 4th difficulty with 3 people was hectic, I couldn't tell what was going on half the time, lol.

This game looks pretty interesting, can't believe I never read this thread. At first I thought "Diablo, from any angle!" then after watching more I liked Leb's comment about wow/SF lol. Are there any plans for this to expand outside of Korea? I think it would do well here, I know I'd play it, but it would definitely be more casual for me as a time killer I think. From the looks of it, it seems this game would handle the casual and hardcore audiences ok since it doesn't seem to be too terribly group-focused. Watching all the videos I was thinking "I'm gonna need to buy a console controller for this..." lol.

BRP, I'm sure someone will come along with a far better grasp of Korean than I have, but what I get from it is that the password was input incorrectly three times according to the white bolded line. The two lines underneath it are something about needing a registration number to ensure there is no identity theft. I'm pretty confident about the top line, but the two grey lines will certainly need a better translation than I can come up with. Hope this helps a little for now, at least.

I was much more excited for Mabinogi Heroes, but after watching Steparu's beta videos I don't care too much for it, doesn't look as fun as C9 is. Maybe when I'm done with C9 I'll check it out, they'll undoubtedly bring it out in English anyway.
