Also another gripe, why does gliding fuck with your flight time? You can't glide then break into flight to move over an obstacle, but you can glide after using flight.


So if your ass is gliding down somewhere and you see Elyos coming, you have to wait for your shit to come off cooldown, then hit space to free fall, then HOPE you dont lag to your death and can fly away.

Fire Temple isn't so bad. If anything, it's decent EXP if you have a nice group all around low 30's, but now that I'm 37 and another guy is 36, the EXP really blows for the 32-33s in our group. We're mainly only running it now to get the quests done.

In the 20~25 runs I've done with them, we've seen NO Kromede weapons. We've seen one Vile Judge and she dropped absolutely nothing.

Our Cleric really wants the Sipus shield. We saw him on the first run, then for the next like 10 we didn't see him once. Maybe 5 times out of all the runs we've been on he's been there.

Broken Wing is almost always up, but we skipped him because the one guy said pulling his room wasn't worth what he dropped. Found out otherwise now, and we actually kill him... but he's hardly ever up now. I'd like to get the other HP/MACC earring before we're done with Fire Temple.

All in all, the drop rate is total shit. The main group who spammed Fire Temple before we got there literally did it all day. I think they've gotten a sword and spear? I've heard of a bow, too, from my group when I wasn't with.

30-39 is quick as shit between HQ quests and abyss grinding.

Being a complete noob to the game(only lvl 29) what do you mean by HQ quests since I'm about to hit 30 I'd like to know how to level in the fastest way possible.

Meh, I'm honestly not too thrilled with the constant quest exp buffing; I don't want to play wow (do these quests in this order grats on max level with a day playtime). Grinding makes money while getting exp, I can't really complain lol.

Not to mention steel rake is amazing exp/cash, between the repeatable quests (that give gold armor) and just clearing to the bosses.

Hopefully my group will get a clear this weekend, captain's annoying lol.

I hope so. I just assumed it was only a few since they provided a list of quests between 39 and 46(or something) with the new/old exp values.

On Topic: I fucking hate how easy it is to grief people in this game. People fighting HQ bosses? Hit them when you're 47+ and it wont drop anything. Fighting in an aggro area? Train mobs on them, then bind next to their healers, rinse repeat.

Best part? NO FUCKING GMS.

Occasionally Inescapable Judgement bugs and causes you to get a "too far away" message even though youre next to it, it still acts as though the mob were in its original position. It's incredibly lame. Similarly it doesn't work if a mob deagros which is too bad because it could be such a handy tool in those situations.
