Best secondary/tertiary manastones for Ranger? I take it Crit>Attack but cant think of the 3rd. I have a ton of slots to use up and not much Crit, nor can I afford to actually buy crit stones and at 21 don't see the point when gear will get changed real quick anyway.

Crit is > Atk for PVP, but for overall DPS Attack>Crit.

The question remains at what point do you have enough attack to move to HP?

Unlike crit there isn't a(known) soft cap.

Hell magic resist to resist spells and stuns might be viable but that begs the question "why are you getting hit".

1 resist on a CC can mean more then 2000 hp ect and vise versa. I have no idea how much you would need to stack before it became good though, it might take too much and gimp your build.

The only reason i asked about what after attack, is again, i dont have the kinah to blow on manastones so i generally stick to what i pick up.

What level are you?

12 crit manastones are 4-5k each, thats cheap. +3 attack is like 1-2k each atleast on my server I don't see it being dramatically different per server.

Thats affordable by everyone.

I would be making bank then, I have a good 300 of those.

Also since 20's or so I have been replacing my gear at the rate of 1 piece per 5 levels, I just don't find leather gear and if I do I sell it.

Whats the point in upgrading for minor defense boost when your not getting hit?

Actually traded it for <Focused Shots I> which is a fair trade IMO since FS is a advanced stigma requirement and BF isn't.

I do like the idea of the buff but at the same time I do not want to be that close to any melee class even with a damage boost.

On the flip side I don't have enough haste to really get in, get my shots off, and get out right now unless I pop arrow flurry but thats a risk in and of itself.

FS is better for now, I might go bat to BF when haste is abundant since I think that is where it shines.

Speaking of which has anyone decided on a stigma build for endgame?

You shouldn't even need to upgrade armor at that level unless the next gear has more mana slots. While EXPing, you shouldn't be getting hit so defensive stats can go to hell. There are ohshit instances, but overall you should never have to worry about your HP.

So go all crit. They aren't that hard to buy honestly. Lv12 hunter's set armor should be enough to take you to Lv 25. There isn't any armor that has more mana slots IIRC. You then just have to worry about a bow or two.

PvP is obviously different. However, for PvE all a ranger needs is bow and arrow. You can practically fight naked thereafter.

Well after finding 3/5 of Pioneer's Leather set at 22 I just bought the other 2 and am currently looking like this: Aion™ Online :: Character & Legion

Thats what I did around that level is get the 23 set but I am pretty sure you don't need to upgrade till 30 and even then its optional.

Just do what he said and upgrade when its a manastone slot rather then slightly better stats, it will save you money from resocketing and let you make more money selling the greens.

Yeah, but BF is among the rarest stigma in the game. From what I understand it's still 2-4M on Korean servers. 5.5 isn't too far-fetched from that price either.
