Why use Enmity Swap? Unless I'm misinterpret the description from it.
I can't think of a reason why I would want to take hate away from my pet?

What stigma's are most spiritmasters doing? Just hit 31 a few days ago, and unsure which stigma are really worth it, beside ignite.

Fear shriek, sigil of silence, weaken spirit. Anything after that is situational, but always have those three.

Question for SM, i know that pets cannot fly yet but what i am wondering, does the pet depop as soon as you fly?, or only when you fly to a certan distance difference?

I kind of want to work on my SM a little bit more and its Asmo level 13. Where can I grind? I'm fine and all doing quests for exp but that can take a lil bit to long.

If I recall, you could grind just right outside of Altgard, west exit, in the forest area. East is more 15-17(mobs are sorta clustered near each other though), BC(group) 17-19'ish I think?

Emnity Swap is ventriloquy in FFXI, complete hate swap, the tooltip for it is broken, just like the ignite aether tooltip.

Personally at 30 I'm using Absorb Vitality II/Ignite Aether/Sigil of Silence.

The SMs in SM channel chat were talking about soloing NTG the other day. I hadn`t heard of this, anyone have strategies/tips for doing it? My SM alt is getting close to 25 and I`d like to try it.

I did TG with a Templar 2 rangers and an SM full clear all trash and bosses, it SUCKS but I'm sure it could be soloed with the exception of a few optional pulls and possibly bosses.

Practice soloing elites on the Krall in Vereton before going into TG solo, and if one hits you, pretend you failed and try again. I would suggest bringing alot of instant heal pots for a hard swing connecting with you in TG. The main strat would be the same as most elite solos but actually easier as you clear more of the zone. The main difference is in TG there are no respawns, so the more of the zone you clear out the more room you have to kite with DoTs. You want to DoT one of the 2 in a double group, then pull him far away while keeping at least one DoT active. The other will follow with him, but he will soon after lose his interest, while the DoTed one will keep getting smacked in the face by the DoT and not lose interest as easily (but still can so you have to be careful, I have never tried soloing in this particular instance, I always had at least a ranger to help CC the adds while we killed one of the doubles.)

It would be infinitely safer, faster, and more fun to just bring in a ranger or sorcerer friend to help you do it. Extra CC, faster kills, and someone to keep you company can be very useful.

I actually enjoy it for solo kiting elite mobs.

It lets me put my pet on the mob as soon as we start combat, fully buffed with DP Armor and Stigma Armor, instead of waiting till 65-75% to do so. It's really hard to stop an elite from kicking your pet's face in when it's shooting it for 3k while your dots are ticking on it. It lets you kill those types of mobs faster because your pet can start attacking sooner without worry about getting insta gibbed.

Personally I love Ignite Aether as it dispels scrolls and pots as well as normal buffs instantly, and its a lot easier to get than a gold stigma >.>;
