I know the picture quality is shit. A friend of mine asked for my gearsets, and my original screenshots were ~1.5MB each. I dumbed down the quality to make the filesizes smaller, but looking back I probably should have just lowered the resolution. Oh well.

Very nice RDM. I dont know enough about the job to make any real comment.
Perhaps garden bangles for idle? I use them in my COR idle

You idle set has the lowest HP of any of your sets, so I would idle in either Morrigans robe or add bomb queen ring to counter act the Dalmatica.

You may want to check your stoneskin build, it looks like it has 'too much' MND in it, you might be able to use Dusk shoes or just switch to Terra's Staff for extra protection. Stone Gorget and Stone mufflers would also be great additions.

For curing, MND isn't that useful (as you will be up against the soft cap) so I would use Troopers Ring and possibly Raven Bracers. And obviously Roundel earring, but that's not easy to get hold off.

Goliard clogs for enfeebling INT if you have them.

Mamool Ja Earring for +1 MND for your Slow/Para build.

But that's splitting hairs really, otherwise well geared RDM (only a tiny bit jealous)

You have way too much MND on your stoneskin build. Assuming that cape is Merciful with +5 enhancing, you only need 93 MND. Suggest that you try to get stone mufflers/gorget.

Edit: Phalanx: Probably switch out that Glamor Jupon and replace it with AF2 body for fast cast and add in enhancing earring to maintain your 301-build. I suppose you only switch the relevant pieces and left the remaining gear untouched from your last spell, seeing you have neptune/aqua rings on that do nothing for phalanx. Suggest that you do a whole equipment change with -PDT while you change the relevant pieces. Just a thought.
