whats more retarded is that the emotes they are selling are alrdy in the game and can be bought from a npc for 15k kinah. And the "special" candies/potions are lowbie versions of other pots alrdy in the game. So your really paying for the dye's and a terribad headband

If you read the complaints better, complaints are directed at the holiday items being 10 bucks and not being an event in game, not the price of remodeling. And yes, they're optional. I'm sure some idiots will pay 10 bucks for virtual chocolate.

I get really tired of hearing the argument that because something is optional it shouldn't be criticized. It's true their dumb product bears no obligation on me but without valid criticism there's no pressure to change or react. It's equally tiring when people bitch about things no one is forcing down their throat. We get it. You don't like their business practices. Do your part and protest by not buying said product. Games are a business, not your politically correct dream factory.

The prices in general suck, mainly cos the event packs are mainly items already in the game and the likes of plastic surgery are single character rather than account wide based. I sure as hell wont buy this horsecrap at the current prices.
