Untargetable hack or glitch?

Has anyone ever heard or seen such a thing? Last night during asteria vulnerability, It was in the last probably 10~15 minutes, we had completely wiped the asmos and boss was at ~15% or so. One of the asmos showed back up and was able to keep the boss aggro, and was completely untargetable for more than a split second by any elyos. He basically just paraded around laughing at the entire faction. Below is a video someone from the elyos made, not mine, so excuse the quality. In it, you can make out when he targets the player(Frozenflame), and its instantly dropped, rendering him basically invulnerable. Just curious if anyone has had an experience with this before.

This doesn't entirely surprise me given how frequently I lose target just tabbing around, stopping on what I want to, and then trying to use a skill just for the game to tell me I have no target and the target wipes. There's a possibility it's related to the recent patch for memory during sieges, as well. If such behavior can be replicated elsewhere, then yeah, it is a problem.
