For sure, at 7+ minutes it would be hard to use it for anything else.

The tempo of the song doesn't really match the opening FMV that we know of, however. My best guess is that it's going to be faintly playing in the background during dramatic or epic cutscenes, maybe.

I think 'Voice' just refers to the battle cries, taunts and sounds made in combat, like how you pick a voice in Neverwinter Nights 2 etc.

And apparently some Conjurer ability are based on their "voice".

Chainspell - Hum your next spell, allowing movement while casting.
Profundity - Enunciate, increasing the M.Potency of your next cast. Lenghtens cast and
recast times.
Soughspeak - Speak in a whisper, reducing M.Potency, and lowering the amount of enmity
generated.
Roaming Spell - Altern your tone, increasing the range and reducing the scope of conjuring
spells.
